1. This black box is with printing two colors- black and blue logo; 2.We used 1mm cardboard + art paper with black and blue printing outside+black special paper inside; 3. Do the soft-touching lamination on the art paper after color printing , soft-touching lamination would somehow prevent the scratching: for black printing, if do the normal matt lamination on it, it is easy to get it scratched and see the scratching very obviously, but do soft-touching lamination instead , could solve such problems , so we normally suggest clients to do soft-touching lamination if their printing is in black colorf for the gift box. 4.EVA insert supplied together with the cardboard gift box for client, the EVA set is as two parts : the Top thin EVA part and the bottom thick EVA part , and do the die-cutting shape as required for putting client's products in : the bottom EVA part is glued on the bottom ,so that it is fixed. 5. Packed with poly bag each after cleaning each box with insert inside set , then into shipping carton for ready shipping out.
